To address the needs of a departmental deployment or enterprise "proof of concept", Project Incentives has developed the Deployment Accelerator program for Microsoft Project.

The Deployment Accelerator addresses the most common elements of an early-phase or departmental deployment, such as:

  • Requisite assessments
  • System infrastructure assessments
  • Required education including customized curriculum
  • Mentoring and support for Project Managers and Resources
