accessing private payroll data through multiple application and system
level security layers. e•Plan stores complete User Profiles for all
active and inactive employees (and contractors) receiving or affecting
Incentive Pay Plan elements. From these User Profiles, the system knows
what information, features, data, and screens to display for the
logged-in user. For example: Project Managers and Team Resources only see
their individual information with limited reporting capabilities.
But, Resource Managers see data for their entire team,
have comprehensive cross-team performance reporting, and can use
drill-down reporting to view individual personnel performance.

e•Plan works with other industry standard products: browser-based
ERP solutions from PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards; ODBC, SQL and OLE-DB compliant
database reporting products such as Crystal Reports, F9, Actuate,
Hyperion and others; and Sales Force Automation solutions from Siebel
Systems. In most cases, e•Plan can be fully integrated with
any existing system, including legacy applications.
