Tailor-Made Microsoft® Project 2002 and 2003 Education and Mentoring.

PI's industry leading education and mentoring produces a measurable increase in short- and long-term retention rates. More importantly, PI's proprietary process will provide a statistical proof of knowledge retention and long-term application.

To maximize the benefit of a learning environment, a student must experience educational material that is relevant and in context. While this fact is well-known, most available training for Microsoft Project is in the form of "point-and-click." Unfortunately, you can expect an average retention rate of 20% (or less!) from typical adult education classes.

Through information gathered in the Assessment Phase, PI's consutants and educators use several key factors to ensure a project team's succcess, such as:

  • The "Critical Learning Style" of each team member.
  • What geographic and/or language challenges exist?
  • What is the daily work context of each team member?
  • The current and required aptitude of each team member.
